Chateau´s Restaurant

The executive chef of our château restaurant is Ondřej Slanina, a lover of fine food and a protagonist of the popular culinary TV show "Kluci v akci." At our restaurant, the dishes are primarily based on traditional recipes from classic Czech and European cuisine, subtly enhanced by modern gastronomic insights. We are ready to listen to you and fulfill all your gourmet wishes... Our greatest emphasis is placed on the selection of ingredients (we use only products from local farmers and breeders), and the majority of the ingredients we use are of organic quality.
